From the second I walked in, I was greeted and services started right away (no wait). The hair wash station is relaxing and spa-like with massage chairs and adjustable sinks. The most relaxing hair wash I’ve ever received. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.scheduled my next appt before leaving.

Had a bit of a hair emergency on Sunday evening!! I was trying to book with my old and amazing colorist, Nigel, to fix it ( any time soon!!!)but Milaine, the owner, answered me Monday morning and came right in on Monday to color correct the horrible botched color so I could breathe easy. She and her husband were not only beyond professional, but gracious, kind and she is a true artist! All I can say is that I recommend her to anyone- she did incredible balayage and has an excellent hand and eye for nuance in color. THANK YOU!!!!!! Gleam is by far my new favorite salon! My first experience there was this past week with Liz as my hair stylist and she was absolutely amazing. My hair came out exactly like the picture I showed her, and she was very helpful with reccomendatons on what would flatter me the most. Definitely worth the money! I’m so excited to go there again!

I have been getting my hair done with Jorge Abraham for almost 5 years now! I am always thrilled by the magic he works with my curly, thick hair! He is professional, knowledgeable, and he really cares about the health of your hair. I fly all the way to Miami, FROM RICHMOND VIRGINIA to see Abraham. I cannot recommend him enough! Milaine is the most Hardworking and dedicated person I know. She pays attention to details and she really goes out of her way to make sure her customers are satisfied with the service. Every time I get my hair done with her, I always receive so many compliments. 100% recommended, you won’t regret it, she’s simply the BEST!!!

MILAINE IS AMAZING! I let her do whatever she wanted with color and cut and I’m so glad I did! She has a gift and talent for what she does. She’s a true artist and loves what she does! Thank you Gleam for the great haircut and experience! I had just gotten my hair cut at another salon and it looked pretty rough. Marouen and the lovely women there were so generous and took me in right before closing time to fix me up. Much appreciated and I will be back for my next cut!
