Tardiness Policy

We schedule appointments in a timely manner and we take pride in running on time.  Out of respect for our team and our guests, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late your hairstylist won’t be able to honor your appointment.  A last-minute cancellation charge will apply, and your appointment will be rescheduled to a future date.  In the rare event that your stylist, at their discretion, might be able to accommodate your late appointment, a Service Time Adjustment fee of $25 will be added to your bill.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. To be courteous to our stylists and guests, we kindly ask you to understand and adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  • More than 24 hours in advance: No charge will be incurred to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please notify us by phone (305) 449-9202 or email [email protected] to avoid unnecessary booking conflicts.
  • Less than 24 hours in advance: A 50% fee of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. Please note that late cancellations limit our ability to fill the appointment and compensate our brilliant stylists for their time.
  • No-shows: Appointments missed without any prior notification will be considered a no-show and the full cost of the scheduled service(s) will be charged.
  • Courtesy: We give our guests one opportunity a year for late rescheduling or missing appointments without a service charge. Your first time of missing an appointment or late cancellation will be recorded with no charge attached. Subsequent rescheduling or cancellations will be subject to the policies specified above.

Refunds Policy

At Gleam Hair Studio®, we take pride in our exceptional skills and strive to deliver nothing but the best results to our guests. In the rare instance that we fall short of your expectations, we are committed to making it right. As such, we do not offer refunds of any kind. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, please inform us within 7 days of your appointment, and our team will do everything in their power to make it right. However, after this period, any concerns brought to our attention may not be considered for a complimentary adjustment and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, additional fees for services or products may apply.

Gleam Hair Studio® does not provide any type of adjustments or corrections if you try to rectify a past service received on your own or at a different hair salon.
